How we do this varies according to the needs of your roof and your desired outcome.
After Inspecting your roof and adhering to all environmental and safety protocols we will discuss everything with you and explain in easy to understand language all the details about your particular roof. We customise every restoration to meet the needs of each client. As a rule, there are 3 basic stages.

We thoroughly clean the roof. We use rotary head technology which gives a reliable clean everytime.

We replace all broken tiles and re-point ridge capping in flexible mortar as per building code. Re-bedding is ocassionally required on severly damage roofs however re-bedding incurrs additional costs.

We seal your roof with the Primer appropriate to the roofs surface and then apply 2 coats of roofing membrane in your choice of colour giving a perfect finish everytime.
